Website for Wôlinak
ABOUT THE CLIENT:
Located near the mouth of the Bécancour River in the Centre-du-Québec region, Wôlinak is one of the two Abenaki communities that are part of the Waban-Aki Nation in Québec. Wôlinak means in Abenaki language “the river with the long detours” and in the 17th century, the Abenaki used this river to access their winter hunting territory located in the great forest.
Wôlinak’s web site regroups all the services offered by the community, publications, the council and a lot of other information for the community members.
