Website for the SEDAC housing program
ABOUT THE CLIENT:
Founded in 2005, SEDAC is a non-profit corporation designed by and for First Nations and their members.
Through its First Nations Housing Program, it offers, among other things, housing loans adapted to the reality of communities (Indian reserves) for the construction, acquisition or renovation of a family home. These loans are based on the value of the homes and the borrowers’ ability to repay.
SEDAC does not require any guarantee from the Band Council, unlike Canadian banking institutions.
SEDAC is related to the Native Commercial Credit Corporation (NCCC), which has been serving First Nations since 1992.
